PANews reported on January 9th that Layer 1 relational Blockchain platform Chromia announced its priorities for the first quarter of 2025 on Wednesday, emphasizing the development of AI tools that support Blockchain to support Decentralization of AI applications. According to a recent blog post by Chromia, the company's roadmap also includes the release of the Postchain Python client and Neural Interface v2.0, as well as the Mimir mainnet upgrade. The vector database extension will be released in the first quarter, allowing developers to embed vectors in the Layer 1 blockchain of Chromia, thus promoting applications such as large language models and AI agents.
