As a trader who has been navigating the Crypto Assets market for seven years, I have a deep understanding of the complexity and challenges of this field. Looking back to early 2015 when I first entered the market, I had only 60,000 yuan borrowed as capital, and I was filled with anxiety. However, after years of effort, my account has now surpassed 10 million. This achievement was not merely based on luck, but rather through constant practice, mistakes, and reflection.
In this process, I tried various trading strategies, from long-term to short-term, from ultra-short-term to intraday swings. Although I wouldn't dare to call myself a top expert, my understanding of 'loss' may be deeper than that of most people.
Over the years, I have witnessed many people starting with tens of thousands and ending up with tens of millions, only to lose it all in a bear market. The reason for this is not that their skills are lacking, but rather that they have grown accustomed to over-leveraging. When luck runs out and funds are exhausted, a single drawdown is enough to destroy the entire account.
What’s more tricky is that many people become impatient after losses, trying to quickly recover their investment, which leads to chaotic operations and ultimately significant losses. I am not completely rational either, and sometimes I make the same mistakes. But I always remember one thing: the market does not operate according to individual wishes.
Do not assume that your judgment is always correct. When your expectations do not match market trends, you should cut losses in a timely manner instead of stubbornly insisting. The core of Crypto Assets trading lies in your ability to maintain patience, acknowledge your mistakes, and adhere to trading rules.
Ultimately, many people fail not because they do not understand trading, but because they are unwilling to accept failure, do not want to admit mistakes, and have excessive greed. Do not use 'faith' to justify your stubbornness; the market will not reward you for your persistence. Successful trading requires rational analysis and decisive decision-making, not blind adherence.
