Bit Digital announced an increase in holdings of 31,057 ETH, with total holdings exceeding 150,000 ETH.
On October 8, the Ethereum digital asset treasury company Bit Digital announced on Wednesday that it has increased its holdings by 31,057 ETH, bringing its total digital asset treasury to 150,244 ETH, valued at approximately $675 million. The company stated that the funding for this round of Ethereum acquisition comes from the net proceeds of the recently completed $150 million Convertible Bond issuance. Last month, it proposed the issuance of Convertible Bonds to increase its ETH holdings. According to Bit Digital's disclosure on Wednesday, CEX Financial, Jump Trading Credit, and Jane Street Capital participated in this bond issuance.
