Trump's Truth Social applies to the SEC for a Bitcoin and Ether dual-coin spot ETF.
Gate News bot message, according to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart, Truth Social submitted an application to the SEC on June 16, 2025, planning to launch the "Truth Social Bitcoin & Ethereum ETF, B.T." Spot ETF product.
The ETF is initiated by Yorkville America Digital, LLC and registered in Nevada. This is the first Spot ETF application associated with Trump for both Bitcoin and Ethereum.
