Storm stated that he is currently facing a "serious funding gap" and in addition to this emergency funding, he will need an additional $1 million in the coming weeks to cover legal expenses.
He added, "My team is working tirelessly to defend the code as a right to free speech, protect software development, and combat excessive government intervention—this intervention is a threat to all of us."
