SharpLink announced the purchase of 252 million dollars worth of Ether.
SharpLink company announced that it purchased a total of 56,533 ETH during the week of August 18–22. With this purchase, the company's ETH reserves reached 797,704 ETH, valued at approximately 3.7 billion dollars.
200 million dollars is also waiting
The statement also indicated that the company still has 200 million dollars in cash and that this money is being held for Ether purchases.
SharpLink has also updated the staking figures. It was reported that a total of 1799 ETH has been earned from the Ether strategy launched in June.
The average price of the ETH acquired by the company so far is reported to be 4462 dollars.
SharpLink last week also approved a planned $1.5 billion share buyback to increase the number of Ether per share by a board decision.
