KPMG plans to invest $2 billion in artificial intelligence and cloud services by expanding cooperation with Microsoft

According to a Wall Street Journal report on July 11, KPMG plans to invest $2 billion in artificial intelligence and cloud services in its global business line over the next five years by expanding its partnership with Microsoft. KPMG said the partnership is expected to bring in more than $12 billion in revenue over five years. As of September 30, 2022, KPMG's global revenue totaled $34.64 billion.

With new investment, KPMG will further automate tax, audit and advisory services, aiming to empower staff to provide faster analysis, spend more time providing strategic advice and help more firms integrate artificial intelligence to its operation.
