In February 2024, Microstrategy's Twitter account was hacked: several phishing links were posted in the morning of 2/26 to launch coin (MSTR), with encryption detective ZachXBT pointing out that the hackers made about 440,000 dollars.
In October 2024, Symbiotic and Eigenlayer accounts were successively hacked: hackers used fake Airdrops and interactive tasks to induce users to click on phishing links to steal funds.
In November 2024, even the well-known American rapper Wiz Khalifa's Twitter account was not spared from being hacked. After the hack, the fake celebrity token $WIZ was promoted, claiming to be launched by Khalifa himself, but in fact had no connection with him.
