Meta will invest $65 billion in the AI field by 2025
Zuckerberg posted on Facebook that the company plans to invest up to $65 billion in 2025 and use the funds to build a large data center in Manhattan. Meta plans to achieve about 10 billion watts of online computing power in 2025, and is expected to have over 1.3 million GPUs by the end of the year.
Zuckerberg called it a massive effort that will drive historic innovation in the company's core products and businesses over the next few years and expand America's technological leadership.

Meta has made significant investments in artificial intelligence in recent years, and has recently announced the construction of a new $10 billion data center in Louisiana. It has also purchased new computer chips to support its AI assistants and products like Ray-Ban smart glasses.
According to Bloomberg's statistics, Meta's capital expenditure in 2025 will be the highest in the company's history, increasing by about 50% compared to 2024, which is 2023.
